A very classy hotel. We had a nice room with a view of the ocean. Good heating. Modern andpractical furniture. Upmarket ensuite bathroom. A good selection of tv channels.

The beds could have been a wee bit firmer.

The beachfront access offers a beautiful view.

Our experience was marred by outdated accommodations that we weren't prepared for. There were no USB outlets in the room, forcing us to rely on the lobby for charging devices.

I stayed in an Ocean View Premium Twin Room, with amazing views of the beach right from my balcony. The location was perfect, close to charming artisan shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded so our stay was way beyond what we expected. Live in the earthquake zone, Eastern Christchurch so the stay was more than we could have asked for.

Excellent location, great room. Balcony is nice to see the sunset. Room was very comfortable.

No WiFi however in some rooms. Used the restaurant, nice staff but wasn't blown away by it.

Had requested a walk in shower due to disability but I suspect the room reserved for us was not compatible so immediately upgraded with no adjustment to tariff. We were very impressed

Having no weather protection between room and reception/restaurant. I suspect a work in progress.

The Ocean View Premium Twin Room offered spacious comfort with fine beachfront views. Clean and well-equipped, the heated bathroom floors added a touch of luxury. The limited breakfast options were disappointing, and noise from the parking area impacted the overall serenity. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I found the room's lack of USB outlets and limited parking options frustrating.
